“Great Design with excellent support
Pros
It is really easy to use and navigate, plus having the mobile app makes everything so much more convenient as I can get things done on the go without any hassle.
Cons
Well the desktop and web versions do not always sync up which can be annoying. Some features that should work just don't and there is no solid marketing or mailing tools built in. Plus the reporting system feels outdated and is hard to use making it frustrating to get the information I need.

Pros
I like how much customer data I can access through the CRM and the sync with our central database is really helpful as it gives our sales team even more detailed customer insights to work with.
Cons
The desktop and mobile versions feel like completely different platforms and I have run into several glitches that disrupt my workflow.

Pros
The integrated system fits perfectly with our companys digital and sales strategy. Everything works together smoothly making the process much easier and more efficient.
Cons
TDF CRM specialized tools and features are great but they come with a high price tag and I feel like maintaining everything gets more expensive as time goes on making it a costly investment in the long run.

Pros
This software's team is really responsive when I need help as they actually listen and ask the right questions to understand what is going on.
Cons
Sometimes the response time on requests drags beyond what they promise though I have noticed things getting better lately.

“Perfect CRM for our business size with data analysis features
Pros
I love how we can mix full licenses with lite users which has saved us a lot of money compared to giving everyone full access also the integration with our ERP system is smooth and it is quite reliable. Everyone has a clear view of account activity from orders to daily tasks. The scoreboard feature is especially helpful giving managers an easy way to track each account manager's performance in their territory.
Cons
My biggest issue is that despite several upgrades, loading times are still slow. We are working on fixing this though. Training new team members can be tough but we are planning to create internal documentation to help. Also the drill down feature is frustrating because it is hard to save your work. When you save a view from the dropdown, you lose access to others which is really limiting. I am sure there is a workaround which I have not figured out yet.

“Clean UI and Brilliant Team
Pros
The software is pretty easy to navigate. I would say it is definitely the most user friendly option we have come across. On top of that, the customer service has been outstanding and the entire Tour de Force team is fantastic to work with.
Cons
It can feel overwhelming at first but once you get the right training things become much easier and adoption rates really start to improve. In short I have nothing too major to share.

“Absolutely love this platform
Pros
It seamlessly connects with our ERP system. The custom reporting feature is fantastic too as being able to build our own grids exactly how we need them saves so much time and the email alerts keep everyone in the loop without having to constantly check for updates.
Cons
Really can't think of anything major to complain about as we are pretty satisfied with how everything works.
