“smooth setup with customizable layout

After using PipeDrive for years, I'd gotten used to its constant downtime and usability issues. But with this tool, all those frustrations disappeared. The setup process was smooth and I quickly got used to the customizable card based layout, where I can instantly see key details like follow up tasks and contact information. This has really simplified managing my sales and knowing the support team is always available if I need help is a huge plus.
Cons
Getting data imported took a bit of getting used to on my end. Setting up the Gmail integration was a little tricky but the support team walked me through everything, so it's a very minor complaint.

User interface is clean and simple, making it easy to use. Support requests are handled quickly and effectively. I love the customizability and how powerful the analytics are, especially when paired with integrations like Zapier. The onboarding process was simple and the support team genuinely listens to feedback. I've seen continuous improvements in the software, including suggestions of mine being implemented, like enhancements to the email functionality.
Cons
We had a couple of short outages early on but everything has been great recently, so it seems like they fixed it.

Pros
It's tough to choose just one feature because this tool has so many benefits for our team. But if I had to pick, the analytics and forecasting tools would be my top choice. They give us a complete view of our sales performance and help us identify areas for improvement.
Cons
Honestly, there's very little to complain about. If I had to pick something, making the Twilio VoIP integration smoother would be nice, though that's mostly Twilio's fault in my experience.

Out of the box reporting and analytics are fantastic. I didn't have to set up anything to get the reports working. The support documentation is thorough and easy to follow and the support team is always available for extra help or training.
Cons
I think there's some room for improvement when it comes to importing and adjusting data but the support team was incredibly helpful and made the process simple for us.

This tool is like a better version of Pipedrive before it became overcomplicated and overpriced. The Xero/Quickbooks integration makes managing renewals and payment tracking simple, while the built in SMS feature is a great way to manage leads since SMS has the highest open rate. The dashboard gives me clear insights into everything, making it easier to spot and fix conversion bottlenecks.
Cons
Getting gmail connected required a few more steps than I expected but a quick search online helped me get the IMAP settings right.

Teamgate CRM helps me stay on top of client contacts and follow ups by keeping everything organized. I can set up meeting reminders and notes so I no longer need to rely on other software. It's great to have everything in one place.
Cons
In my workflow, I sometimes need to group companies under a parent company which isn't an option right now. Live training sessions would also help me get more out of the software.

This tool is a easy and transparent. I noticed that it integrates everything easily, simplifying the entire sales process and the clean design makes navigating it really simple for me.
Cons
Only real problem I've noticed is that this tool can sometimes run slow and I've had to force close it a few times. This definitely slows me down and makes me less eager to use the program.

“easy onboarding with simple designs
Pros
Getting started with this tool was super easy. Even though I'm not very tech savvy, I was able to upload most of my contacts and leads right away. The system guided me through creating tasks, setting reminders and managing follow ups. The calendar is simple and visual and I love how clear it is to see who's doing what. The drag and drop feature in the sales pipeline is super simple. Just click and move a deal through stages. You should fill in the lost reasons early on so you can track why deals are falling through and improve your strategy.
Cons
For my needs, I feel there could be more automated tasks built right in but using the Zapier integration covers that gap pretty well for me. It's not a major issue at all.

Pros
We just started using this tool and I'm really impressed with how easy it was to get up and running. Most CRMs are complex but it is different. It's simple and I was able to figure things out without asking for help. They did give us some advice on structuring our sales process which was helpful but overall, I could just buy the license and start using it right away. The support has been great, too.
Cons
A built in chat feature would be really handy for talking with my teammates in real time. For now, we just use Slack since it connects with this tool.

Task management features are a real standout. My team and I can easily see who's working on what and the agenda feature makes it simple to keep track of daily tasks. We also set up meetings and tasks for each other, so being able to check everyone's calendar is a big help. The pipeline is really easy to use and provides great insights into what's happening at each stage. We're considering upgrading to the Enterprise plan when we grow bigger.
Cons
My team would love a direct connection to a project management tool like Asana. That said, I'm pretty happy with what we can automate using Zapier, it saves us a ton of manual work.
