Needs better sorting options

Pros

I'd like to see even more ways to sort and categorize my information. Just having more options there would be helpful.

Cons

clean layout without clutter

Pros

The way everything is laid out on the screen is great. It's simple to handle my work without a bunch of clutter or features I'll never use.

Cons

The search bar definitely needs improvement in my opinion. Searching the database takes a long time which can be frustrating for me.

Handles sales process start to finish

Pros

best thing is how it handles our entire sales process from start to finish. It seems like they've considered every single step which makes it so much easier to keep track of where every deal stands and makes our whole team more productive.

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about this tool. Anything I thought was missing is already in progress and will be added soon. I really appreciate their commitment to continuous improvement.

Organized leads with strong support

Pros

Layout is clean and makes sense. We've connected it to our website, Xero and Outlook and everything works like it should. Managing leads is very organized and seeing all our clients on a map is a huge help for planning trips. The support team has been amazing, they really care about helping us and making their product better. For the price, I absolutely cannot beat the features and the level of support I get.

Cons

Biggest drawback for me initially was the lack of a mobile app but I've seen the demos and can't wait for it to be released. The team has been proactive, keeping me updated on progress and taking feedback seriously.

Kanban view with full history

Pros

I get help super fast whenever I have a question. I live in the kanban view to see my deals and having the complete history for every contact right there is a game changer for me.

Cons

I can't export or import contacts from Google which would make managing my data much simpler.

Adjustable system for any workflow

Pros

Everything is laid out in a way that just clicks. I can adjust almost every part of it to match our workflow which has been fantastic for our team.

Cons

I really need app access because I'm not always at a computer and being able to work on the go would be a big help.

Powerful yet simple to learn

Pros

It's honestly really simple to learn for me, the support team is amazing and it packs all the power of the high end systems without the crazy complexity which I really appreciate.

Cons

Low cost with quick support

Pros

Cost is surprisingly low for me. I find it incredibly simple to navigate and their customer service is always quick to respond and solve any issue.

Cons

Sometimes I noticed there's a slight lag when loading initial email data but the support team jumps on it and resolves it quickly.

Reshaped sales with smart design

Pros

It has completely reshaped how our sales team operates. The design is clean, managing our sales pipeline is a powerful experience and the data we get helps us make smarter choices. The way it connects with our other software has saved us so much time and hassle.

Cons

Logical cRM with fast support

Pros

Honestly, this CRM does everything well and in a really logical way. The getting started process was smooth and got us productive fast. We uploaded a huge list of leads easily with their import tools. Whenever we've had a question or found a small issue, their team fixes it lightning fast. They feel both great and incredibly responsive.

Cons

There aren't any major issues I've noticed but if I had to nitpick, I'd say integrations could be more extensive beyond Zapier. It would also be handy to mute or delay tasks directly from the task view without editing them fully. Overall, workflows are easy to pick up and the team is quick to implement ideas that improve efficiency.

Lead tracking is easy now!

Pros

I find this tool really easy. Following a lead through each step of our sales process is simple and keeps our whole team in the loop.

Cons

Some of the export features are a bit tricky to use but I can still access all the information I need through the dashboard or insights.

Painless setup and responsive team

smooth switch from salesforce

Pros

Moving from Salesforce was a big decision but it was definitely the right one. The standout has been the incredible support during our switch. They made our onboarding smooth and even helped us refine our sales process. We haven't regretted it for a second.

Cons

Migrating data was time consuming and frustrating at times for me but the software's team spent a lot of time helping me which made the process smoother and minimized downtime.
