“strong lead and pipeline features but limited mobile functionality
Pros
Some key features that really stand out are the lead module, sales pipeline and insights. Since we provide marketing services, it's perfect to have potential clients in the leads section, track our next steps and then move them through the sales pipeline once they become deals. What I love about this tool is that this is included in the professional plan, while many other CRMs reserve multiple pipelines for the most expensive plans. That's why this tool stands out for its value for money.
Cons
When I'm heading to meetings, I'd love to have a fully functional CRM right on my phone. This tool's mobile app is okay for looking things up but I find it's not great for adding new information on the go. Something with more power, like an iPad app, would be perfect.

“Visual and effective lead management
Pros
It offers strong lead management for me. It's visual and easy to use and the main screen gives a lot of info. If you need more details, just click on the lead's card to dive deeper. For me lead scoring works perfectly but it's important to set up your values first. The calendar and agenda are super helpful too. Every day, I check my agenda to see what's on my plate and the dashboard keeps track of everything going on in the company.
Cons
You can't really customize the main dashboard but honestly I still see all the important info I need. It would just be nice if I could rearrange the sections to fit my workflow better.

“enterprise plan with full features
Pros
We tried a lot of different CRMs before we found this tool and once we did, we stopped looking. The Enterprise plan gives us access to all the features we need for a very reasonable price. Other CRMs with similar integrations and functionality cost a lot more. The multiple sales pipelines are great for managing different processes for each of our products and the insights are easy to access. Reports and file exports are quick and simple, exactly what we needed.
Cons
I'd prefer a stronger two way email sync but the current setup gets the job done. Our customer success manager helped us get it running and we haven't had any problems since.

Pros
Software offers great features for organizing and tracking leads, including CSV and Excel export options and custom statuses for leads. The ability to create tags and easily import them in bulk is also very helpful for me. Sales pipelines have everything I need, like owner details, estimates, analytics and reasons for wins or losses. It integrates easily with Intercom, allowing me to view all conversations directly on the client's dashboard and it also works well with Mailchimp for bulk emails.
Cons
We only got one hour of help to set up our dashboard and there wasn't any continued dedicated support after that. You can link it with a Gmail calendar but you can't use it as your main email inbox which is a pretty big downside for me.

Pros
This CRM is incredibly easy to use. The entry process is simple and data populates quickly. You don't need to be tech savvy which is great since our sales team has varying levels of familiarity with software.
Cons
The program does take a little longer to start up than I'd prefer.

“clean app with flexible features
Pros
The app is simple, clean and easy enough to navigate. Task management is flexible and it forecasts sales using insights. It's packed with features, yet affordable for me and my team. The two way calendar exchange is fantastic and the support team is always there when we need them. The dashboard is minimalistic but covers all essential features, making interactions with leads more frequent and easier to manage. It also helps generate reports and track statistics effectively.
Cons
My workflow requires more project management tools than what's currently offered. I also find it difficult to change the dashboard filters and the lack of a fully featured mobile app is a drawback.

Cons

The two way calendar exchange with iCal, DAVDroid, etc., is unique. The interface is clean and easy to use for me. I find the support fast and friendly.
Cons
Prices are a bit higher than some competitors who offer more features for the same cost. But this tool is the only one with a reliable two way sync, so for me, it's still worth the money.
