“Excellent team collaboration tool”
Pros
Anyone on the team can jump in easily even with little computer experience. Also I love being able to tag different businesses for better organization and tracking.
Cons
Having separate phone calls makes it difficult to remember them and adding business contacts can be tedious and time consuming. It is also frustrating that only the original task creator can edit titles or descriptions especially when collaborating with a team.
