Do Not Use - After merger, support decreased and prices increased

Pros

The live chat feature worked well and it includes intuitive tools that are easy to use.

Cons

Their communication is often untimely, and their business practices are problematic. They increased our rates without any prior notice and then refused to let us exit our contract.
