“Avoid this enterprise

Pros

Honestly it is not user friendly at all. As the system feels overly complicated. In short I did not like anything about it.

Cons

The biggest downside is the customer support which is handled by different, untrained people each time. They often take days to respond. The administration sends invoices without justification and if we try to contest it, they block the service without listening to our reasons and the people answering the phone either don't understand or refuse to understand what is being said. In short communication is difficult.

The payroll related charts are easy to read and I can quickly access other useful data like unique certifications which I like about it.

Cons

Sometimes, i felt like changing the password is a bit of a hassle.

“Perfect management tool

Pros

I am really impressed with the completeness of the product especially the new support system. I think its incredibly fast and efficient making it easy to get help whenever needed.

Well I feel like the system's speed when working in the cloud could be improved.

Well I would definitely recommend this product, it is streamlined, flexible and very user friendly. Also the cloud management is excellent and it is really convenient for mobile use.

Cons

The printing processes and execution speed are not excellent, at least not during the initial phase and after several updates the situation has improved significantly but there is still room for further improvement.

Pros

Great experience so far. Thanks to Teamsystem's digitalization, we have been able to optimize resources and cut down on human errors. Also the software is easy to use and the modular setup makes everything even more convenient.

Cons

Nothing major to share from my side but i feel like some accounting modules are rigid.

Pros

I really like how the data is interconnected making it easy to access any document from anywhere. Plus the system is easy to query and use and the search bar is especially helpful.

Cons

Interface is not very user friendly and difficult to view. And often it is impossible to copy data like product codes which forces us to re-enter information manually.

“Did not meet our expectations

Pros

The project leader from the system integrator is amazing. He has a broad understanding, knows the TS software perfectly and always delivers solutions. Without someone like him even the best system would not work.

Cons

Customer service is lacking and the ticket system does not accommodate many customizations which we had to figure out on our own to meet our needs.

Not only is it easy to use but I also find it simple to implement in each department.

As per me some invoicing features related to local environmental tax need improvement.

The ease of use and stability make this ERP an excellent product especially considering the professionalism of the support team.

To me the interface feels a bit dated and some options are confusing.

I appreciate how easy it is to customize TeamSystem Enterprise and how well the screens are connected making everything flow smoothly.

Cons

The guide is outdated and I feel like it would be great to have smart menus. Another important issue is that the connection between Gamma and Mes does not allow for data updates on Gamma once production cycles are started.

“Nice product but poor customer support after purchase

This product is very user friendly and packed with useful features.

Cons

One thing I would like to mention is that after sales support is lacking. The customer buys the license but the implementation is handled by a partner who does not have enough resources or staff to support all their clients. As a result projects take years to develop and the product goes into production long after the license is purchased.
