Avoid this enterprise

Pros

Honestly it is not user friendly at all. As the system feels overly complicated. In short I did not like anything about it.

Cons

The biggest downside is the customer support which is handled by different, untrained people each time. They often take days to respond. The administration sends invoices without justification and if we try to contest it, they block the service without listening to our reasons and the people answering the phone either don't understand or refuse to understand what is being said. In short communication is difficult.

I am really impressed with the completeness of the product especially the new support system. I think its incredibly fast and efficient making it easy to get help whenever needed.
