Simple Click to Dial

Pros

I love how quickly I can click to dial. The speed is incredible and beats anything else I've tried. The compact interface is great and the pop out feature makes everything so much more convenient.

Cons

Customer support can be tough to reach when you need help and updates don't come around very often. These are minor issues though and the overall program is still solid and I would recommend it to others.

Decent software that can improve

Pros

The setup process is pretty simple and the phone system integrates with our Salesforce CRM. Pretty convenient!

Cons

Call tracking doesn't work properly with our SIP phone system which is really frustrating when you're trying to monitor transferred calls.

Integrates well with other systems

Pros

It integrates well with all the major CRMs we use. Installation was easy and the automation features have really streamlined our workflow. I really like it!

Cons

The cost is pretty high. This definitely isn't a budget option! If they could bring the pricing down even a little, they would probably dominate the market.

Keeps a record of our daily phone analytics

Pros

I really appreciate how this tool stores all my contacts in the cloud and let me click to dial directly from the CRM. Saves me from having to manually punch in numbers all the time. What I find most useful is being able to quickly jot down call notes that automatically sync to my CRM right after hanging up. The analytics feature is definitely my favorite though since I can use it to forecast upcoming opportunities and create some friendly competition on the sales floor.

Cons

I don't like how double dials get counted in the analytics. It really messes up the numbers and should have its own separate category instead.

Effortless calling with Tenfold

Pros

The analytical data this tool provides at day's end is valuable. I can track my total call time, contact count and voicemail numbers all in one place. The click to dial feature makes calling effortless and having the incoming call contact book means Im always prepared before picking up the phone.

Cons

Every time Windows gets a major update, the click to dial feature reverts back to its default settings. I always have to contact IT to get everything set up and working properly again.

Dial Features with Performance Tracking

Pros

What really stands out is how clearly it shows team time utilization. You can see exactly how sales people spend their hours including phone time, total calls and connections made. The built in contact book is amazing for storing all your CRM contacts in one place. My absolute favorite feature though is the Click to Dial functionality that lets you just click any phone number on your computer to call them instantly.

Cons

There really isn't anything major to complain about this platform.

Solid Phone Analytics

Pros

The call analytics tracking is really useful for me. I can see everything from connects and talk time to voicemails for our whole sales team. It gives me real insight into how everyones spending their phone time and their call volume. The company wide contact list is another great feature that lets you click to dial straight from your computer.

Cons

I dont like that theres no way to verify if someones double dialing when you consider how many calls get made daily. This lets people inflate there numbers by calling the same number twice.

Easy Calling with Great Analytics

Pros

I find the click to call Chrome extension great since I can dial numbers directly from my computer through my phone with just one click. What really gets me excited though is how it tracks all our call data from call duration to total outbound calls made. This turns calling into a fun competition where we are constantly trying to beat our numbers!

Cons

My only complaint is that it doesn't track incoming calls or direct dials. If they could add that feature, this would be flawless software.

Convenient Click to dial

Pros

The click to dial feature has been a real time saver. No more hunting down customer numbers or typing them in manually. What really impressed me is the call analytics tracking that shows everything from total calls made to connection rates and average call duration. The automatic note taking feature is brilliant too since it adds my call notes directly into the CRM when the conversation ends.

Cons

The fact that you cant run Skype on the same machine is really annoying. When Skypes installed it hijacks all call handling and forces everything to open through Skype instead of the system which completely breaks the system.

Love this software!

Pros

I really appreciate being able to track my daily call volume, connections and talk time all in one place. The click to dial feature is absolutely my favorite though. Just clicking any phone number on screen to instantly call is such a time saver!

Cons

The integration doesn't play nice with Skype. If you have it running, it automatically becomes your default for click to dial instead of Tenfold which is really annoying.

Call Analytics Made Simple

Pros

Managing sales calls has become so much simpler with this platform. The click to dial feature works so well and I really appreciate how it tracks call quality metrics making it easy to see whats working and what needs improvement.

Cons

I've run into issues where the click to dial feature gets confused when Skype is running on my computer. It keeps trying to open Skype instead of working properly.

Strong call tracking capabilities

Pros

Really like how simple this makes click to call feature and tracking sales call analytics.

Cons

The voicemail tracking isn't perfect since it sometimes counts them as double calls which throws off the accuracy.

Pros

It displays calls and the leaderboard so you can see who's getting quality connects in real time. This creates healthy selling competition within our company.

Cons

I dont like that I can accidentally log duplicate calls that never went through.
