“Handy CRM tool to manage professional connections effectively
Pros
Thryv has really helped us keep everything like client communication, invoicing and scheduling, all in one place. What I really appreciate is how quickly I can follow up or remind clients without hopping between multiple tools. It saves so much time having all customer profiles and interactions stored in one spot.
Cons
The marketing automation features are a bit basic compared to other dedicated products. I also found that setting up workflows took more time up front than I expected specially when it came to customizing templates for our business supplies focus.

“Everything in one place: customers, bookings and reviews
Pros
It combines messaging, scheduling and reputation management all in one platform. I have used it to handle customer bookings for private styling appointments, gather reviews and follow up with shoppers..all from the dashboard. It really streamlines the process and ensures consistency across our brand.
Cons
The UI isn't as smooth as other newer platforms and some features like email campaign tools, feel pretty basic compared to more specialized services. It was also a bit tricky to customize for our fashion brand at first and it took some tweaking to align everything with our branding.

“A tool that can be better
Pros
One thing I appreciated was how many functions are all managed in a single footprint. It makes everything simpler to use.
Cons
It became too expensive and quirky for my liking and to make matters worse, they outsourced their tech support overseas.

“Was good in the start but needs improvement now
Pros
Thryv's sales team was fantastic. Seriously they made a great first impression. Unfortunately that is where the good experience ended. My sales rep was great but the product and support teams were just not up to par. Signing up was honestly a big mistake.
Cons
They seems like a big bait and switch operation. I was promised the world and guaranteed satisfaction but the product just failed on nearly every level. The CRM is far inferior to its competitors and the marketing features are lacking too. The biggest disappointment was the web presence aspect. It was supposed to include SEO and social media management but none of that happened as promised. After spending a lot of money, it took me over a year to get my page ranking back to where it was before they took over.

“Better CRM systems exist, this one is disappointing
Pros
At first it seemed really well organized and easy to onboard with but after that, not much else stood out.
Cons
Customer support and accountability were a huge issue. We had lots of problems syncing with Quickbooks and upper management didn't take any responsibility for it.

“What even is this tool about?
Pros
The website build and customization were excellent at the start but after a while, it started to lose steam and did not live up to expectations.
Cons
I'm still not sure what I'm actually paying for with this service.

“Good concept but lacks execution
Pros
I loved that they managed all our Google Ads, calls, website, listings and social media in one place. It made everything so much easier to handle.
Cons
Staff's responsiveness was really frustrating. It was difficult to get them to pay attention to our account. We did not get quality leads and we were miscategorized, which led to fewer calls and wasted time on irrelevant inquiries. We were spending five figures but not getting the attention we needed.

Pros
It has become our go to social media platform. We can post one message and it gets sent to all our platforms. It is a huge time saver.
Cons
The calendar feature is something I have never been able to fully maximize. I just don't think it is as useful as it should be.

Pros
Thryv is easy to use, easy to set up and it offers some features you do not find in other software in this category like estimates, invoicing and certain marketing tools.
Cons
I can't pull reports that include all my customers because of line restrictions. It would also be helpful to have a �last date of purchase� field for marketing purposes.
