“A loyal Topix user for decades
Pros
Setting everything up was easy and the software can do just about anything we need. The best part is the automatic payment reminders, they've basically wiped out our problem with late-paying clients. And I can't believe how fast I can put together detailed, custom quotes for customers now using the product catalog.
Cons
To be honest, I never really got on with the built-in appointment manager from the start. It just didn't click for me so I quickly switched to just using my synced Mac calendar to handle all my scheduling and I've never felt the need to change back.

“Powerful but removed the payroll we needed
Pros
It really does have all the tools built-in for an IT company like ours. A huge plus is that it works perfectly on both Mac and Windows so no one on the team has to switch how they work.
Cons
It was a real letdown when they discontinued the payroll module. That was actually a key feature that sold us on the software in the first place.
