Pros
The sales pitch was excellent at the beginning and we had very high expectations but unfortunately the product did not deliver the same level of quality.
Cons
They charge us upfront before onboarding. After 5 months they realize the product does not work outside of the USA even though they knew they were signing a contract with a company based outside the USA. Then they refuse to refund the money paid for onboarding.

Pros
Track Pulse product is very easy to use, the reports are simple to generate and everything we need is right at our fingertips.
Cons
The only downside is that there is no way to flag properties with messages. I also feel like it would be really helpful to leave notes that could alert agents if something important happens with a property.

“Software and service are both amazing
Pros
Switching software was not an easy decision especially after 5 years with Escapia which had become a nightmare. We had to make the change to avoid more issues and were hoping to find a company that truly cared about offering a better product and we found that with TrackPM. The onboarding team and customer service were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We are truly thrilled with the improved functionality, great pricing and the ability to combine our call center and website into one system. The change was tough but we are so happy we made the move. it is a very user friendly tool.
Cons
We would love to have the option to auto charge final payments instead of manually posting each payment.

“One of the best tools I have ever used
Pros
This is hands down the most user friendly software in the vacation rental industry. It is very easy to learn and use. Everything we need is in one place from the front desk to maintenance, housekeeping and accounting. The best features include the messaging system for housekeeping and maintenance to notify them when a work order is created. And the guest portal is a huge plus offering everything the guest needs for their stay such as directions, door codes and much more.
Cons
It does not have an auto payment process for bundle credit card changes with a single click which is the only thing I dislike although they are working on automating it.

“Constant updates slow us down
Pros
Well it is a user friendly tool but only when it really works.
Cons
Every time there is an update something else breaks. The tape chart has been extremely difficult to use and since this is our busiest time of the year we really rely on it. So these crashes cause trouble for us.

I noticed there are extra charges when switching a cabin to a different unit or changing dates causing charges to multiply.

Pros
Excellent functionality paired with a fantastic Track Implementation Team is something that makes it the best. Also the support has been outstanding always ready to help us and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Cons
Well absolutely love everything about it and I just wish I started earlier.
