“Complete Helpdesk Solution
Pros
This platform gives me everything I need for customer support including workflows, form builders, knowledge bases, reporting, agent management and all the other essential components. Its detailed and covers every aspect of helpdesk operations I could think of.
Cons
Even though this platform has everything you need, the knowledge base interface could really use a visual makeover. It just doesn't look or feel as polished as it should.

Pros
I really appreciate how it handles tickets efficiently and lets me build a solid knowledge base. The multichannel support works great for our team and it scales well whether you're a small business or a larger operation.
Cons
Getting everything configured at first was pretty challenging, particularly if you haven't worked with helpdesk tools before.

“Ideal Helpdesk if you prefer tidy and simple user interface
Pros
The user interface is tidy and well organized and the dashboard is simple too. Works well across different systems. What impressed me most is how userfriendly it is. Even colleagues without technical backgrounds can jump right in and start using it effectively within minutes.
Cons
Getting help for technical problems can take a while since their support team isn't the fastest to respond. though you probably wont run into many issues anyway.

Pros
Having most modules developed in house makes it really effective and managing your store becomes much simpler when you're dealing with just one supplier.
Cons
There are so many options available that picking the right best practices can get pretty overwhelming.
