“Reliable every time
Pros
I think this product is great. I really love how the CRM, callback and result options are all on one screen. It makes scheduling follow-ups so much easier which helps me convert more prospects.
Cons
It's pretty rare but sometimes it gets a little slow which I guess happens with most software. Honestly, there's nothing I really don't like about VanillaSoft. It's a great product.

“pros and cons of Vanilla Soft
Pros
It gives you 1,000 messages every month with a subscription. The way they handle call dispositions is really smooth and simple to use which helps keep things organized.
Cons
What bugs me is having to wait 15 seconds before I can disposition a lead and dial the next one. Also I don't like how messages are sorted. I wish they all showed up and stayed longer than just a week.

“Improve your voip system
Pros
Their support team is fast and reliable. Whenever I had an issue, they responded quickly and helped me out.
Cons
The VOIP lines aren't mobile like RingCentral or other apps where you can use them anywhere, which is a downside for me.

The platform provides lots of useful features and can be adapted to fit the specific needs of our call center which has been really helpful.
Cons
Callers can't do assigned callbacks unless they're assigned to that exact project which can be frustrating for us.

“Awesome software for calls
Pros
It helps us get a better return on investment (ROI) for our campaigns by automating a lot of manual tasks. The caller interface is easy to use and the automation makes our whole process much smoother.
Cons
Since I'm based in the UK, it's annoying that the calling system is designed mainly for North America.

Pros
The workflow process moves fast and it makes dialing and contacting leads from all angles really simple and quick.
Cons
You can only dial one lead at a time and I'd really like to see it handle more lines like some of the newer dialers out there now.

“Fine for now but room to improve

One thing I really appreciate about It is how simple and smooth it is to manage all my contacts and set up calling campaigns.
Cons
Managing and accessing data is a nightmare. It's almost impossible to pull anything older than a week without the dashboard freezing or timing out. I've been trying to get help for nearly a year with no luck and they told me a fix isn't coming anytime soon.

Pros
It manages my leads very well. Setting callbacks is simple and the support team is amazing and they even built a custom solution just for me based on my needs.

Pros
I had a lot of confidence in VanillaSoft thanks to recommendations from friends in the field. Since I started using it, my relationships with clients have improved gradually and I'm closing more deals than before.
Cons
The help desk is friendly and quick. Nothing goes unanswered and the features work well for me.

“not my favorite CRM
Pros
When I worked at USHealth, I used this software. The thing I liked most was how easy it was to set up. The email and text integrations were pretty good too.
Cons
Maybe it was my lead source but the leads coming through It were garbage. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Pros
I like how the notes are kept separate between calls and users. It really helps me stay organized and makes it easier to find the information I need.
Cons
There's no option to make or receive calls only when someone actually picks up or hits voicemail which I wish they had.

It works well with APIs and whenever I had setup problems, their tech support fixed them quickly.
Cons
There aren't any calendar event reminder features or the ability to send them. It also needs tags for campaign tracking and support for email campaigns.

I enjoy how easy it is to use especially the dialer and tracking all leads and contacts. It also integrates beautifully with my lead vendors and texting CRM, plus exporting data is simple.

Pros
Managing hundreds of leads through the CRM is fantastic. It helps me feel much more organized when working through my sales pipeline.
Cons
What I liked least was that if I try to save a lead at the same time as someone else who has admin access, they'll just take it from me to have it in their pipeline.
