Top HCP Communication Tool

Pros

It works very well for HCP engagement especially with CLM and medical communications features.

Cons

Maybe the interface could be a bit more userfriendly but thats about it.

Very good experience with this userfriendly tool

Pros

I can see everything about each contact right in one place which makes it really easy to get the full picture when Im working with customers.

Cons

Occasionally crashes while I'm working and I lose everything I've done

Customizable CRM

Pros

This CRM works really well for our business needs and lets us customize everything exactly how we want it.

Cons

I feel the pricing is on the higher side and every time you want a new feature there's an additional fee you have to pay.

Excellent Customer Management Platform

Pros

I can schedule customer visits with precise timing and easily compare against previous plans. The conflict detection feature keeps me ahead of competitors by spotting scheduling overlaps before they become problems.

Cons

The lack of automatic syncing means I have to manually update everything daily which gets tedious. Turkish character should be introduced for our region. Would really appreciate getting update notifications through email and having video tutorials to show new features would be helpful.

Perfect CRM for pharmaceutical industry

Pros

The vertical approach works really well for us providing tons of ready to use solutions while still letting our IT team customize things for our specific market needs. Since its built on Salesforce, integration with other apps is smooth.

Cons

The price isn't ideal. Definitely not the most affordable CRM option out there

Highly recommended

Pros

Working with their implementation team was genuinely enjoyable. The application feels easy to use and is solidly built. I would definitely recommend this to anyone considering a CRM solution. Theyre industry leaders who really understand the challenges we face.

Cons

The pricing structure gets pretty confusing when you're dealing with multiple Veeva products. Virtual detailing capabilities are limited since its not really a mainstream platform in that space. The CRM wasnt built with other devices in mind. Its clearly designed for iPads and doesn't work well on anything else.

All in one CRM for Pharmaceutical Needs

Pros

The CLM features are outstanding and I really appreciate how clean and simple the user interface is compared to other CRM systems Ive used.

Cons

The analytics could be better. Not as powerful as I would like it to be.

Essential part of our daily operations

Pros

I found it to be really user friendly and simple to use.

I find myself having to log back in constantly whenever I switch to another application which gets really annoying
