Streamlines salon appointment booking perfectly

Pros

The interface is really userfriendly making it easier for me to use. Everything is customizable and you can adjust it to fit your specific needs perfectly. The pricing is very reasonable for what you get and being cloud based means I can access it from my phone or computer anywhere. Its been great for streamlining all aspects of our salon operations.

Cons

I wish there was a gallery feature where I could showcase all the work we do at the salon including haircuts, color treatments, nail art, massages and other services we offer.

Managed our interaction with clients through appointments

Pros

This creates a genuine connection with clients making them feel at ease throughout the process. The way it handles client portfolio management is excellent for gathering the information you need.

Cons

During my time with this system, I Haven't run into any real issues or problems. The software is pretty detailed overall though I wish there was a way to manually edit employee permissions. That would be a nice addition.

Great fit for our salon

Pros

I can focus more on actual work instead of getting bogged down by admin tasks. Scheduling appointments is easy and assigning staff members takes just a few clicks. Keeping track of client information and sending promotional messages has become much simpler. The automated reminder emails before appointments really help reduce no shows which saves time and money. After visits customers automatically get review requests. Great for building our online reputation. The inventory management feature lets me track product levels and know exactly when to reorder supplies.

Cons

The customer portal feels a bit complicated and could use some work. I wish the apartments were more front and center since thats really the main focus. Would love to see more email template options too as the current selection is pretty limited.
