Pros
Im really impressed with how this platform brings together all the essential functions and tools in one place. The variety of image editing and document processing capabilities is fantastic and the compatibility across different systems works easily for me. What stands out most is how it automates nearly everything, from image classification to analysis and editing. I can create professional content with just a few clicks, which saves me tons of time compared to manual processes. The camera lens correction and image troubleshooting features have been lifesavers for fixing technical issues quickly. Plus, the data management system keeps everything I've processed safe and organized long term, making it super easy to access my work whenever I need it. Sharing functionality is another win, I can send images or document files to teammates or external contacts without any difficulty. The user interface flows really smoothly and feels simple to navigate. Overall performance has been great and the tool selection is quite impressive.
Cons
The operating system feels really outdated and we're not getting regular updates like we should. When I'm trying to import or export larger files from other applications or websites, it takes way too long. The whole process is troubling and eats up more time than it should.

Pros
I really like how this tool takes the pain out of editing photos. It does a great job fixing distortion issues and adjusting shadows/lighting across all my shots. Works easily with files from my Canon camera.

It works great as our main ERP system and helps me keep all our information organized in one place. It's made managing operations much smoother and more efficient.
Cons
The Salesforce integration is pretty limited and doesn't really give us what we need. Our current version feels slow and outdated. There's definitely a learning curve when you're first trying to figure out how to get around in it. Exporting data is painfully slow, way longer than it should be. Most software today integrates well with Salesforce, and if this one did too, it would save us a lot of time

“Great flexibility
Pros
The way all the modules work together and complement each other is really impressive. Being able to scan documents directly into transactions has cut down our paper usage significantly. I love that we can scan AP invoices and emails without needing to print everything out, it's made our workflow much more efficient.
Cons
This system forces me to post individual checks instead of batch totals for accounts payable, which makes my cash account in the general ledger incredibly long and messy. I have to create financial statements offline using Excel since the built in reporting isn't sufficient. There's no way to check what my cash balance was on a specific date, so I'm stuck maintaining a separate cash ledger for reporting and daily cashflow analysis.

“Good tool but Complex ERP
Pros
Once I fully committed to using this as our all in one business solution, it took care of everything we needed from project management, job costing, to payroll, and all our accounts payable and receivable tasks super easily.
Cons
Constantly opening separate windows for every single task slows down our workflow. The interface feels slow and lagging, it desperately needs a total redesign. That's why it takes forever to learn since you have to memorize different navigation paths for each function and there's no smooth workflow connecting everything together.

It offers tons of reporting options with plenty of customization and honestly handles our entire financial side, i.e accounts receivable and payable to payroll, billing and contract management all in one place.
Cons
The software can get pretty tough and if your not careful you might find yourself stuck in endless error cycles.

I appreciate having complete control over every single detail and line item, plus the program can be customized exactly how you need it.
Cons
It's really frustrating when you make an error because there's no simple undo button and sometimes I end up having to redo entire sections just to fix one accounting mistake, makes the whole process take twice as long.
