Pros
It is really simple to set up Connect CRM. Like we are able to do it within minutes that too without needing much help.
Cons
Setting up the lead tracking part was a bit tricky for us to get it just right.

“Best one we have tried
Pros
There is more info in this tool than you will probably ever need almost too much at first. But once you get the hang of it, it is pretty easy to use and helps our team stay on top of leads and client follow ups.
Cons
At times it feels quite overwhelming because there is so much packed in it. We have been using it for years and we still come across new reports, features or methods almost daily.

Pros
Vinsolutions Connect CRM is pretty easy to use, packed with custom features and it gives us great tips for sales reps to keep conversations going with potential clients.
Cons
Since we are a smaller dealership there are a bunch of features we just do not really make use of. Though it is not a complaint.

Connect helps us stay organized with our customers. Whether it is internet leads, phone inquiries or working on deals, it handles everything pretty well.
Cons
The one area I think it needs to improve is detecting and catching duplicate leads better.

Pros
It is loaded with features from dashboards and scheduling to analytics, desking, emails, templates and tracking missed chances. The best part to me is how well it guides the whole process.
Cons
Switching inventory management over to HomeNet was a big misstep. It really messed up the launch of my D2C2 website. Because of ongoing issues my site's conversion was delayed for weeks. Plus every time they add something new it comes with bugs that never seem to be fully resolved.

What stands out to me the most is how well it functions overall and how deep you can go into performance tracking and metrics.
Cons

It is feature rich for sure but one thing I have noticed is that not everything is quite user friendly right away.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that it is missing features that cater to Canadian users. Plus you have to rely on your account rep a lot.

Pros
The Vinsolutions tech and dev team are awesome. We have customized the CRM at different access levels to fit exactly what we need. Plus we even have special tools others do not like searching inventory while desking deals to quickly find the best profit options.
Cons
You will definitely need tech support to help fine tune the CRM but once you get used to how it works, let me tell you will not prefer to switch to anything else.

VinSolutions CRM pretty much does anything we could ask from a CRM. And if you are unsure about something, their support team is always there to help. We use it constantly like every single day.
Cons
If you are a regular user or someone who prefers the old school way of doing things, learning this software might be tough even with good training. Or maybe it is just my point of view.

“Dealerships will love this CRM
Pros
The user interface is clean and easy to work with. Also it looks way more modern than most other CRMs I have used over the years. It is also colorful, easy on the eyes and the learning curve is much better compared to old school systems. Honestly this one is the gold standard for automotive CRMs.
Cons
One thing that bugs me is the constant pop ups reminding you to call or email clients especially if your manager requires it. As getting those same alerts every day is just plain annoying.

Pros
Between the mobile app, detailed reports and all the different template options, this software is both powerful and user friendly. And once we are trained on the dashboard, it helps the whole team manage tasks properly and gives us endless ways to dive into data.
Cons
I feel like the dashboard might be a bit confusing for folks who are not quite tech savvy. As that makes it harder to stick to processes since you need to be able to work through the backend properly.

I really like the layout. Plus the skate alert feature is a total win. And it works well with the other dealership tools we are already using.

Vin absolutely nails the process and follow up flow. And the reporting tools are the one I like the most as they are helpful for upper management.

We used this CRM in our BDC and the customer tracking features really helped agents guide prospects all the way to a sale.
Cons
There were a few glitches here and there and it took me about three days of training to fully understand everything but overall it has been a decent experience.
