“Affordable but rough around the edges
Pros
Its an affordable option compared to the bigger, more established CRM platforms out there. The support has been excellent especially Drew who's been really helpful.
Cons
The interface feels really messy and hard to use. Also has that outdated look. Finding help online is frustrating since there's barely any documentation available. Sure they have plenty of videos but you cant search through them to find what you need. Its hard to grt thr hang of. Ive given up on training interns because they would be gone before they even get comfortable with it. When you try to connect it with other tools, your options are pretty limited and even then you're stuck using their restricted Zapier API which doesn't do much.

“Complete CRM solution with Gmail Integration
Pros
I really appreciate the personalized Email Blaster. It's very fast and provides complete feedback on delivery and read status. It has made reaching large audiences much simpler for me.
Cons
The bulk email feature makes it really difficult to include images. I also wish there were some pre made email templates available. Having to create everything from scratch takes way too much time. Another major issue is the pricing structure which honestly isn't very affordable for users in India. The cost makes it hard to justify using this tool long term especially for smaller dealerships operating on tight budgets.

“Blown away by this platform
Pros
The response time from the Vipecloud team is incredibly fast and they're quick to implement feature changes when needed. This level of support makes me want to recommend their service to anyone looking for a CRM solution. What really matters to me is client satisfaction and everyone whos used their accounts loves how simple it is to create emails and send video messages to both teams and customers.
Cons
Honestly I wish there were a few more training videos available but I understand thats coming soon. Other than that I have no issues. Their team has been very helpful.
