“Great personal assistant
Pros
It's like having my own personal secretary built into my phone. It logs all my day-to-day tasks and sets up meetings for me. I just open the app on my cell phone, talk about my interactions with clients and prospects and it handles the rest.
Cons
I'd love a feature that lets me send messages to clients directly through the platform.

“Lifesaver for travel
Pros
This is an absolute lifesaver for my job. I'm constantly traveling and having the history of past calls and what we discussed right there in my hand is a game-changer.
Cons
I wasn't a fan of the audio note function before because you couldn't remove a recording. But now that you can listen back and re-record a message, it's a huge improvement.

Pros
This program absolutely does what it's supposed to. Every part of it is built to speed up your work and make things run smoother. Once you learn the hotkeys and use the foot pedal, you can fly through your tasks.
Cons
While it works it's often really slow. I use it daily and constantly have to shut it down and restart it because it freezes up or stops working. For some reason, it also gets much slower when others in my home are using the internet, which is weird because no other app I have does that.

Pros
The transcription and virtual assistant capabilities make this CRM something people actually want to use. Being able to call in notes and tasks while driving to my next appointment was a game changer. Having someone listen to my messages, input all the information and set up the necessary reminders and follow ups saved me lots of effort and time.
Cons
The system really struggles when you're dealing with heavy inside sales volume.

“A virtual assistant that organizes everything by voice
Pros
Every salesperson dreams of having an assistant. I loved using this and giving it to my group because we could just speak into the app and a virtual helper would organize everything in the right spot. It let us focus on closing deals while still keeping perfect records for each client.
Cons
The browser version for our office staff could use a visual refresh.
