Efficient tool for marketing

Pros

I appreciate having everything consolidated in one place from lead generation to user engagement and keeping customers around long term. Its really convenient not having to juggle multiple platforms for different parts of the sales process.

Cons

We could really use a more hands on way to edit templates ourselves. Would make creating campaigns so much quicker without having to wait for the design team or tech support to step in.

Pros

The support team jumps in quickly whenever we run into serious problems and need help.

Cons

Some features dont work as well as they should. The A/B testing functionality is particularly problematic and needs improvement.

Top notch solution for Customer Engagement

Pros

The marketing automation features are amazing and make customer engagement so much smoother. Learning the platform was simple and I can set up push notifications and customer journeys pretty quickly. Creating segments is fast too which helps automate most of our processes. Their support team is always responsive and provides quick fixes when needed. Integration was surprisingly easy to set up.

Cons

The pricing structure is frustrating since basic features should be included for free or at least in the starter plan. While it excels at marketing automation, the customer analytics capabilities are pretty weak. I would love to see more powerful analytics features added to make it a complete solution.

Perfect CRM for Retention and Automation

Pros

I really appreciate having a customer success manager who keeps me focused on retention campaigns and helps me stay organized with follow ups.

Cons

Integration can be a real headache sometimes and the WhatsApp analytics dont show click data which is frustrating.

All in one solution for event tracking and user engagement

Pros

This platform has become essential for our company since it handles event logging, tracking and personalized push notifications all in one place. The ability to identify and track drop offs through its various features has been incredibly valuable. Setting up the integration on both our app and web platforms was surprisingly quick and took us barely ten minutes for both. The push notification system is particularly impressive letting us send both real time and scheduled notifications with extensive customization options. What I really appreciate is being able to manage and run ads without needing additional tools. The user pattern tracking feature is brilliant. It helps us pinpoint exactly whats causing funnel drop offs so we can address those issues. The whole system is simple enough that both beginners and marketing experts can jump in and immediately improve their data management processes. When I first tested the web version, I went from setup to sending my first event and testing notifications in just few minutes. Had a CORS issue once when adding user profile attributes but their support team fixed it the same day with a thorough explanation. We rely on this tool daily for managing events and sending targeted push notifications to different user segments making it much simpler to handle multiple product offers and features across our app and web platforms.

Cons

The interface feels complicated and messy and finding what I need takes long. The constant page reloads with every click really slows down my workflow and gets annoying when I am trying to move quickly through tasks.

Effective engagement tool

Pros

I really appreciate how this platform streamlines client engagement and boosts conversions automatically. The AI features work well and deliver accurate results every time. What I love most is how easy it is to map out customer journeys. You get access to all communication channels with endless combination possibilities. The onboarding team was super helpful throughout the process. My overall experience has been quite positive.

Cons

The AI analysis for new user behavior in the Journey section takes about a month which feels pretty long. Finding the best communication channel for new users could be better too. Support response times on the portal need some work and honestly the pricing might be too much for smaller businesses. Maybe some discounted rates for startups would help.

Professional customer care

Pros

I find it really user friendly. The interface is tidy and makes sense. Eisha and Yash are exceptional customer success managers. Having dealt with some pretty terrible B2B SaaS support before, I can confidently say the team here does an outstanding job with customer care.

Cons

The reporting features must be improved. Would love to see more customizable dashboards and better data accuracy. The email builder 's interface isn't very userfriendly and could be much simpler.

Pros

Amazing tool to make users interact with our product

Pros

There are a variety of popular channels available plus the updates keep coming regularly. Use it every day and find the integration and set up process pretty simple.

Cons

Support could definitely be better. I have had to wait quite a bit and the instructions they provide are pretty basic. Would love to see more detailed guidance especially around WebEngage compatibility across different channels since thats been confusing to figure out.
