“Effective CRM for Sales Growth
Pros
We use this as our main CRM across the organization for both sales and marketing. The interface is user-friendly, making adoption smooth. It gives management a solid overview of opportunities, supports informed decisions, and integrates well with other apps. Mobile access is a huge plus, and the cost is reasonable for the value. I can also generate diagnostic reports and make edits when needed.
Cons
The budget management feature isn't very efficient compared to other platforms. The voice tool is missing key features, the search bar could be better, some dashboard displays are off, and document exports don't always convert properly to Word or Excel.

Pros
I've been using this across the whole organization for sales and marketing. It's easy to use and helps everyone get up to speed quickly. I like how it provides clear visibility into opportunities, which helps management make data-driven decisions. The integration with our other apps is great.
Cons
The search feature could improve, as I sometimes have issues with the dashboard display. Exporting documents also occasionally causes conversion problems.
