“There's room for improvement
Pros
What stands out is being able to set up different views for the same contacts depending on the group they're in. I can see just the leads I've emailed recently, my connections from a specific company, or opportunities in my pipeline all from one screen without switching dashboards.
Cons
The analytics could use improvement. I'd like more detailed insights into campaign performance and which post types resonate most with audiences.
