Good for its price

Pros

Excellent lead tracking solution

Pros

Found it very simple to use. The customer support team is professional and well trained. They are always quick to help and know their stuff.

Cons

Would be nice if we could export excel leads to wise.

Streamlines everything for you

Pros

The interface is well-organized and easy to figure out. It didn't take me too long to get comfortable using it.

Cons

I find the pricing a bit on the higher side considering the features are helpful but pretty basic.

Horrible customer service

Pros

I don't have a single good thing to mention here.

Cons

Their customer service department really needs improvement. Camilla was particularly difficult to work with. When I call with questions, the staff sounds annoyed and seems eager to end the conversation quickly. The platform is buggy and feels outdated. I am honestly surprised they are still operating. The whole company comes across as unprofessional.

Excellent CRM for real estate

Pros

The interface is really userfriendly with nice clickable icons that make it simple to use and input information

Cons

Sometimes I have to visit someones full profile just to check basic info instead of getting a quick preview when I click on their name

Really effective for tracking transactions

Pros

I find this simple and its been dependable throughout my experience. The workflow feels smooth and I can always count on it being accessible when I need it.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. Everything functions exactly as it should and the interface is tidy and well organized.

Complete Solution for Real Estate Professionals

Pros

Its very easy to get the hang of. Contact management works wonderfully and I am impressed by how it tracks every email sent to each contact automatically. The Google contacts sync feature is efficient and saves me lot of time managing my contact database.

Cons

Transaction templates can be a bit tricky.
