Pros

Wix Answers is the best software for customer support operations. Additionally, its integration capabilities are impressive, helping us manage tickets, live chat, and social media inquiries from one platform. Moreover, the interface is user-friendly, making it easy for new team members to get up to speed quickly. The analytics tools are also robust.

Cons

The area where it falls short is the customization of templates, as it is somewhat limited. Setting them up can sometimes be a bit complex and time-consuming.
