The team's support in terms of follow up, advice, strategy and reporting is invaluable. It is great that they work closely with our internal team to boost the brand and develop new strategies and the platform itself is very user friendly and easy to use.
Cons
It has many areas for improvement especially in terms of reporting and data visibility. I personally think some features could be more user friendly and customizable to better meet our needs.

This software is very user friendly. Plus learning how to use the platform is simple and effective and the information is always clearly visible in the reports.
Cons
Sometimes the response times from technical support do not align with the urgency we expect as clients which can lead to issues with deadlines or time sensitive promotions.

I would say it is a great platform for businesses that want to take their operations to the next level and work with their database in an omnichannel way. It offers several options for configuring automatic flows for recurring actions like replenishment as well as product recommendation features.
Cons
In the analytics section it would be helpful to have a date comparison feature. Also I would like to have add options for A/B testing and heatmaps.
