Pros

WorkGuru is simple to use and easy to find my way around. I can organize invoices according to specific locations and work orders. Anyone on the team can update an invoice to show whether it has been paid or is still waiting for payment, helping us avoid doing the same work twice as a group.

Cons

Built-in support, such as a chat option, would come in handy whenever I can't work out how to use one of the settings. I'd also welcome having more training videos available, not only a demo.

It makes timekeeping simple and efficient for employees working both internally and externally.

Completed tasks didn't clear automatically so I had to keep checking my work tasks.
