Solid solution for communication

Pros

I like how smoothly this integrates with our existing systems. The call routing works great and having virtual numbers plus voicemail forwarded straight to email makes everything so much easier. What stands out most is how cost effective it is while still being scalable. We've been able to grow our team without worrying about communication bottlenecks. The collaboration features have definitely helped streamline how we handle calls across departments.

Cons

The biggest downside is probably the difficulty in learning if your not familiar with cloud PBX systems. Sometimes we experience connectivity hiccups and you really need solid internet to keep everything running smoothly without interruptions.

Been with them for over a decade

Pros

What I liked the most was how powerful this PBX system is. Its flexible enough to handle virtually everything I need it to do.

Cons

The PBX system has been a bit complicated to handle since day one. You basically need a full time IT person just to handle it or you're stuck calling Zadarma's tech support which is honestly the absolute worst I've ever dealt with and thats saying something after all these years.

Decent features but poor support experience

Pros

The platform's admin panel works well and theres a good selection of international numbers to choose from.

Cons

Been a loyal customer for 7+ years but suddenly got hit with a verification request requiring passport upload. Until I complete this all my numbers are down and I cant top up my balance which is a huge problem since one of my numbers is about to expire and we have invested our advertising budget into it. I submitted the verification quickly but my account is still offline and incoming calls arent routing through. This is happening during our busiest retail season which makes it even more frustrating. Also our Ukrainian number has been broken for weeks with no explanation or fix. Dont understand why the entire service has to be shut down during verification. Seems like poor business practice that doesn't consider customer needs at all.

Satisfied with zadarma

Pros

I needed to get multi channel communications up and running fast especially for mobile access. This service hit the sweet spot for cost, quality and features. Within hours I had an 800 number connected with voice menu and call forwarding all set up. Everythings working smoothly and the teams satisfied.

Cons

We couldn't find a way to connect it with our CRM system at first, though I believe they have added that feature since then.
