Well the learning curve was a bit steep when we first start using all the integration features but once we were comfortable with it the system works smoothly.

“Budget friendly CRM software
Pros
Zimplu CRM has a pretty user friendly interface so I never have trouble finding features. Plus the available documentation and tutorials were a big help during my setup. What I like most is the chance to fully test everything with the free trial before committing.
Cons
The customization options feel pretty restricted to me and there are some integrations that just are not available.

Pros
I love how budget friendly this platform is and the interface makes tracking sales records much easier than other CRMs I have used. Customizing the database is also easy as you can adjust it exactly to fit your business needs making client information management more efficient. It also comes with strong security features right out of the box. Honestly it's become one of our most valuable tools for driving sales within the company.
Cons
While this platform speeds up sales and provides deep analytical insights, it has some drawbacks around cost management and technical setup. You need solid technical knowledge to work effectively with it which makes things quite complex and challenging for everyday users to handle.

The pricing is really fair for what you get and I like that all the essential features are included right out of the box.
Cons
It does not really bring anything revolutionary to the table as I find it pretty standard compared to other options out there.

“Has almost everything our business needs
Pros
One thing I really like is having all my information and data centralized in one location. The scalability feature is great as our company expands, the software grows with us so I never have to stress about data volume limits. And it's been great for managing, collecting and generating reports on everything we need.
Cons
Overall the security feels great but I am a bit worried about having everything stored in one central location as it raises concerns about potential vulnerabilities. Also I learned the hard way that staying on top of database maintenance is important or you risk losing important data. Thats a big concern for any business that depends on customer information.
