Excellent tool for sales outreach

Pros

Reaching out to new customers has become very easy with this tool. It takes the stress out of outbound sales and helps our team connect with people quickly and without any hiccups.

Cons

I have nothing much to say but it could use more email templates but honestly that's about it.

Excellent lead management solution

Pros

The lead management feature has completely transformed how our sales team operates. Everything stays well organized and tracking plus nurturing leads feels simple.

Cons

Customizing lead labels is not the most simple process as per me though it gets the job done well enough.

Helpful team with great expertise

Pros

Zixflow support team is always very helpful. They are friendly, patient and make it easy for us to get the hang of things every time we reach out.

Cons

Setting up campaign accounts gave us some trouble initially though Shabana scheduled a meeting and guided us through every step.

Easy to customize

Pros

I love how easy it is to customize everything to fit my team's needs. Especially the ability to adjust workflows for different departments has been a game-changer especially with our diverse requirements.

Cons

The integration options are pretty good overall but Ive run into some roadblocks when trying to connect it with certain third party apps that are important for my workflow. Some of the integrations just dont work as smoothly as I'd hoped.

Outstanding tool for data enhancement

Pros

This platform helped us enhance our database by adding verified email addresses and setting up custom AI fields for better data organization.

Cons

At times the email finder and validation features can be unreliable as sometimes they dont work at all or pull up invalid addresses that waste my time.

Excellent for overseeing project pipelines

Pros

The pipeline view is a huge help for keeping track of all my contacts and projects. it also makes staying organized so much easier and more efficient.

Cons

It only offers two viewing options which feels pretty limiting when we need different ways to look at our data.

Zixflow centralized inbox lets our support teams handle and fix customer issues all from one spot.

Cons

Love the pay per use campaign wallet

Pros

The pay per use wallet system lets us run promotional campaigns across multiple channels without being locked into monthly subscriptions.

Cons

Setting up marketing accounts and API connections took quite a lot of time of mine which I did not expect. The documentation and help center were really helpful though, so that made things easier.

Has some useful features

Pros

Zixflow email finder and validator features have been proven the best for us for connecting with clients. They have greatly improved our account based marketing and made outreach much more effective.

Cons

I cannot find email addresses sometimes when I need them which can be frustrating when trying to reach prospects.

Pros

Great customer service management solution

Pros

The interface feels really user friendly and gives me lots of flexibility, besides this, there are so many features that help me understand what different customers actually need which makes it much easier to tailor my offers accordingly.
