“Extensive Management Platform
Pros
The integration with other Zoho products works flawlessly and really increases what you can do with the system. What I love most is how affordable it is considering all the powerful features you get, definitely beats the competition on value. The interface is super simple too, so whether you're tech savvy or not, you'll find it easy to navigate around.
Cons
Getting started was a bit confusing because of the steep learning curve and the number of features packed in. It took me some time to figure things out. When handling larger datasets, I've noticed it tends to lag which can really slow things down. On top of that, customer support isn't the most responsive, so getting timely help has been a bit of a challenge.

“Not Beginner Friendly
Pros
I've been using this platform almost daily for over 3 years now and honestly, it handles everything you need to run a business, social marketing, ads, email campaigns, CRM, project management, analytics, invoicing, document signing, you name it. The value is incredible because of how much it covers. What really stands out is how customizable everything is which is essential since the tools work for any industry, not just specific ones. Customer support has been excellent, they respond to emails quickly with detailed instructions and are happy to jump on video calls when needed. The integration capabilities are also top notch, working easily with Zapier and tons of other programs. Once you get it configured for your needs, it's pretty user friendly, though that depends on your tech comfort level.
Cons
The learning curve is absolutely brutal, I'm pretty tech savvy but there are still thousands of features I haven't figured out yet. It might be total overkill for what you actually need. Really wish they had some kind of comprehensive training hub with PDFs, guides and videos. Their YouTube channel helps sometimes but it's not enough. Setting everything up takes forever. Other industry specific tools might be less flexible but at least there ready to go from day one. We end up not using half the available tools because it's just too time consuming to learn and implement everything properly. The whole system feels like it was built by engineers for other engineers. If your a business owner or creative type, the interface can feel pretty clinical and overly complicated. I'd love to see options to customize the UI, change colors and fonts to match our brand and modify categories so our team can better understand how each section applies to our specific business. It's decent in this area but definitely not great.
