“comprehensive and user friendly platform
Pros
Having a comprehensive suite of applications makes my work easier. I find the platform user friendly and both design and development tasks are easy.
Cons
I've noticed that not all applications integrate smoothly for collaboration. There are limitations on account settings and structures that make things a bit restrictive.

“chat feature with mobile access
Pros
When I'm not available during a customer's working hours, the chat feature helps me a lot. I can see all the questions through Zoho CRM and I like that I can access it on my phone too.
Cons
Finding a chat I just closed can be a little tricky, though it's a minor inconvenience for me.
