“fantastic support”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits has been how much this product simplifies and how much work it takes off our team's plate. The support has been outstanding as well, the team is very responsive, quick to jump on a call and fast at resolving issues whenever something urgent comes up. They really know what they're doing and have consistently been available when needed. Another thing I appreciate is that they keep releasing new features that actually make the product better and add real value, instead of shipping things just to say they did. The onboarding process was incredibly easy and the level of support throughout has been excellent. We even have a dedicated Slack channel where people actively help us, answer questions and hop on calls when necessary. Having access to leadership like the CEO or CTO was amazing and definitely not something you see often with other companies. The team at Bland is not only extremely skilled but also generous about sharing their knowledge and helping solve broader challenges.
Cons
Honestly, there's very little to complain about. If anything, they're so good that walking away from the product would be difficult. The only real downside I can point to is that it's sometimes hard to understand exactly what's happening behind the scenes. The results are strong but it isn't always fully transparent how the outputs are produced so fine-tuning can end up being a bit more iterative than it might otherwise be. That said, they're already ahead of the curve and are shipping automated testing tools that make voice AI much more reliable and resilient.
