Pros

Love how easy it is to search through content uploaded by coworkers, comes in handy quite much. Replying to questions, adding fresh details and updating outdated information is all pretty simple.

Cons

Putting content into Bloomfire does take some time at the staft. I didn't use any apps to help with it though so there are probably options available that could cut down on the manual entry.

It's great how easily I can download and print documents right away without any hassle.

The search tools could be better especially when there are lots of documents with similar titles because it gets harder to find the right one.

The community feed is awesome and really gives off Facebook or Instagram style classic social media vibes. It feels current and keeps the platform in sync with how people interact today.

If there's a private chat option tied to posts, it will make this platform a lot better... for instance when you come across a comment you find interesting and want to discuss it directly, you can simply chat about it there and then.

Pros

Bloomfire has a nice global search across the whole company.. its a huge plus and most of the time I can pull up exactly what I need right away, probably around 75% of the time.

Cons

Sometimes I know the item is definitely in there but if I don't search using the exact term it was tagged with, it doesn't show up immediately.

Pros

Quick and simple to use. The moment an idea comes up, I can share it through Bloomfire and roll it out across all branches almost immediately. It's also really helpful that you can clearly see who has reviewed it and who still hasn't.

When I started, i found the interface was a little confusing but after using it for a while and getting familiar with it, navigating became much easier.

Pros

Compared with the folder-and-file setup in other tools, this platform's search works on a completely different level. People don't need to understand how anything is filed or learn naming conventions just to find what they need that means everyone can use it without extra training. That has made it much simpler for our 110 pluss fractional Chief Marketing Officers and Chief Sales Officers to share knowledge and learn from one another.

Cons

I'd love to have is a Dropbox integration, feels missing. It would be really useful if Bloomfire could read and index documents stored in Dropbox without requiring us to move those files into the Bloomfire database first.

Pros

It's like having Google built just for our company and I absolutely love using it.

Cons

Searching for other members can be a bit difficult but it's not something I need to do very often.

Pros

I use it every day and it has been an excellent knowledge repository for our team.

Cons

It does need a solid, systematic approach when it comes to grouping, organizing and locating items.
