It gives me access to books I wouldn't be able to get in physical form.

Compared with a lot of the systems my company relies on, Bloomfire is one of the few that hasn't had a major outage yet. It also feels fairly customizable that is a nice plus.

Whether the problem is with the software itself or the way my company set it up, trying to search for a knowledge base article is an absolute mess.

Being able to look up any venue in the company and pull up all the key details in one place is really helpful. Contact information, allowed age range, hours of operation, detailed venue descriptions, photos, cuisine types, dietary accommodations etc, has made things real easy for us!

A few venues still don't have complete information, such as contact details, hours of operation and some of the other details mentioned above.

Pros

I like that policy updates and event announcements are available in one place, its helpful. The articles are easy to access and a lot of the questions my coworkers ask can be answered just by checking the Bloomfire app.

Right from the start, the platform felt very clean and simple to use. Search functionality was especially important for our company and it absolutely delivers there. Also observed the customer success manager really goes above and beyond to make sure clients have the right information and tools for a positive experience, from implementation through rollout and when adopting new features too.

Initially, updating content felt a bit difficult but that seems to have improved over time. Otherwise, there really isn't anything about the platform that I dislike.

Using it feels very natural and everything loads and populates really fast.

I like how easy it is to go around Bloomfire because the layout is well organized. It does a really good job helping manage multiple databases and file information without feeling cluttered or confusing.

The strongest parts for me are the search functionality, the overall look and feel and the way everything stays well organized.

One area that still needs work is reporting. We'd love to pull information more easily, more so for things like tracking whether and when users are logging in. Right now, it's a very manual process since you have to check each person one by one. That said customer support has been amazing and has really helped us along the way. I'd also love to see some improvements to the formatting tools, i feel the bullet options are pretty finicky.

Great search function.. just a few words are enough to pull up the information I need that makes it really helpful when I'm assisting a guest and need to quickly confirm what's needed.

The platform looks polished and is very user-friendly. Searching by different tags makes it simple to pull up the most relevant documents and the thumbnail images are a nice touch. Uploading documents is also quick.. that a huge plus

Cons

Putting together a series of posts feels a little cumbersome. I have to create each post individually, tag it, then add it to a series and sometimes I also need to apply those same tags to the series itself. this whole thing could be made easier!
