“Avoidable contract issues”

The sales team really sold us on how well the platform would fit our needs. And to be fair, the foundation is solid, yess but we're just learning that some of the features we were most excited about are still on the roadmap. It's not that they won't get there, it's just that we were a little ahead of their development timeline.
Cons
The sales presentation sounded convincing but not long after signing, we discovered there were a lot of promises that simply did not match reality. The system could not manage our workload or operate the way we had been told it would. And, the company has not honored its own contract terms and has refused to close our account even though we never used the system because they failed to deliver what they assured us and we requested cancellation within the timeframe allowed by the contract.

Pros
Right away, the platform feels great and the info boxes make it simple to understand how everything works. There's also a dedicated support team that is willing to help when needed. The strongest part is definitely the client-facing interface.. it's one of the best options available in this type of tool. It gives customers an attractive design, multiple payment methods and a secure environment. Their team can customize the setup based on your needs too and the OTA integrations are very convenient, basically just one click.
Cons
The back end does feel a bit old-fashioned although it's simple and works reliably enough that it doesn't become a major issue. OTA integrations are simple to use but I still think there should be more options available. In the end, I stopped using BookingKit because the pricing was a little too high for me. Another reason was a bad support experience.. I reported a bug on their side, it took them more than a week to fix it and one of the employees was rude while I kept following up.
