“Stunning dialer!”
Pros
This was by far the most visually appealing software I've seen in the contact center space and we got everything running immediately without any issues. The dialer performs well and it's played a huge part in helping us blow past our previous sales records.
Cons
Since the software is being actively and heavily developed, there were a few small things missing at first but those were addressed very quickly.
