“Client-friendly interface”
Pros
From day one, it made sense for us. The interface is simple and very client-friendly so navigating it is simple and setting up and managing campaigns takes hardly any effort. Connecting existing review accounts is incredibly quick too which makes syncing current business review profiles into Cloutly almost instant. On top of that, the customer dashboard is ideal because clients can read and respond right there on the spot. Features like customer database imports, marketing automation and video uploads really sealed it for us. After looking closely at other options on the market, partnering with Cloutly to provide this software to our clients felt like the right decision. It's been a smart investment for our business and we plan to keep rolling it out to clients well into the future while also integrating it more deeply into our own systems and platform.
Cons
At this point, I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike. The other solutions we reviewed just didn't compare which is exactly why we decided to team up with Cloutly.

“Google profile integration is useful”
Pros
One of the best parts is the direct integration with Google Business Profile which lets you respond to customer reviews without leaving the Cloutly platform. Creating campaigns, adding customers and sending out invites all work really well and it's a fantastic way to stay on top of your online reputation.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is in the campaign review steps, where it would be helpful to choose SMS only, email only or both together. Some customers want both options, while others prefer just one so having that flexibility would make it even better.

The review widget for the website looked polished and worked exactly the way I wanted it to. The automated drip campaigns for collecting reviews also seem really solid and useful.
Cons
