“Feature-rich platform”
Pros
It comes with a lot of functionality. Our company has relied on it for years to track help desk incidents and we recently moved to the latest version. This newer release is somewhat more user-friendly than the one we had before and it lets us keep an eye on a large amount of information.
Cons
The updated version runs a little slower than the previous one. On top of that, finding a specific incident ID can be complex. If the correct filters aren't selected, the item may not appear so you end up changing the filters around, open, closed and so on, until the search finally brings it up.

“Helped us handle customers effectively”
Pros
After we got it up and running, we built new SOPs around the system and that helped us take a much more proactive approach to customer support while handling customers more effectively at any given time.
Cons
No complaints about the software. The only minor downside is that, being web-based, it can feel a little slower at times but the benefits far outweigh that concern.

“Remote collaboration with CustomerWise”
Pros
Being able to work remotely and still collaborate with the team is a big plus. It's a user-friendly solution for customer service and support and I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
I haven't really run into any major downsides yet. The only thing I'd mention is that there could be a small learning curve for someone who isn't very tech-savvy.
