“Comprehensive set of features”
Pros
Right from the start it has offered a broad and well-rounded set of features for customer engagement and support that fit our company's needs very well. The platform is flexible and works across multiple channels which has made integration with our existing software much more convenient. The biggest factor that set Engagely apart from the other options we considered was the deployment team. They've been adaptable, extremely customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile to help us with configuration and rollout.
Cons
One area that could definitely be better is user training since a lot of the learning still depends on self-study. Although we did have a couple of demo sessions, it still takes time to fully understand how everything works. It would also be very useful to have a ready reference guide or e-manual for future use. The concern is that if only one or two team members learn how to configure and use the platform, handing it over to someone new later would take a considerable amount of time and effort to retrain them.
