“Profitable platform for agencies”
Pros
The platform performs really well and the pricing gives an agency enough margin to make money while using it.
Cons
I haven't had any issues with the software itself. The trouble comes from Google's review form which isn't very clear. A lot of people end up leaving only star ratings instead of adding both stars and written comments. When we ask them about it, they often say they can't tell where to type their review. I'm confident we're losing valuable reviews because of that.

“Smooth switch and happy clients”
Pros
The move over was quick and completely hassle-free. I didn't have to handle a thing because their team took care of everything.
Cons
Honestly, I have no complaints. The software is fantastic, simple to use and my clients really love it.

“Their team responds quickly”
Pros
Earlier today I sent out a review request to 100 recipients so it's still too soon to say what kind of results this platform will produce. That said, the customer support team has been fantastic, especially with how quickly they respond whenever I need help. Uploading a CSV file into the platform is also incredibly simple and convenient.
Cons
I do wish the platform offered more automation. If our CRM were set up the right way, we could automatically add recipients but that isn't possible at the moment. The CRM we use isn't very well known which is likely why there's no current integration. Still, it's nice that Grade.us is open to working with us and our CRM to automate the process although it would come at an extra cost.

“Easy to configure”
Pros
Getting everything configured was very simple and adding the specific review sites you want people directed to was simple.
Cons
The free version only includes up to 100 enrollees and after that you have to move to a monthly paid plan.

“Costs less compared to other tools”
Pros
Over a couple of years of using this with my clients, the biggest advantages were the lower cost compared with other review platforms and how simple it was to get a drip campaign running. Setting up a client landing page was also pretty simple.
Cons
Landing pages didn't appear in search results and the reviews also didn't show up in Google's knowledge panel the way they do with some other review sites. On top of that, the landing pages could have been a bit more functional and powerful.

“Appreciate the real-time reporting”
Pros
Running a small agency, I'd been looking at adding a reputation and reviews management tool to our services so I tried the 14-day trial and came away really impressed. The platform was very user-friendly and getting everything set up and launching a campaign didn't take much effort at all. There's plenty of flexibility in how campaigns can be managed but honestly the default settings were already a perfect fit for what I needed. I also really appreciated the real-time reporting since it showed exactly what actions recipients took, if any, after getting the email. Overall, it feels like a really solid product.
Cons
I'm struggling to find anything to complain about. My only wish is that it were free.

“Simplicity stands out”
Pros
From both our team's side and the customer side, it is very simple to use. We've tried other review platforms before that felt overly complicated and were nearly impossible to reach for support. Grade.us fixed those problems for us and the customer service has been outstanding as well.
Cons
It costs a little more than some of the other systems we've used but only by a small margin and the value you get makes it worth paying for.

“Uncomplicated set up”
Pros
I appreciate how easy it was to set it up.
Cons
I do wish it offered more workflow options, along with multiple examples of how the most successful companies are using the product's workflows and content.

“Custom domain mapping is a plus”
Pros
As an agency solution, this works really well for white-labeling a review wizard. Setup was quick, the thumbs up/thumbs down flow is user-friendly for end users and the custom domain mapping is a big plus.
Cons
The email drip feature could use some improvement, especially when it comes to avoiding re-sends after someone has already opened or clicked. An integration with a platform like Mailchimp would also be a valuable addition.

“Supports both email and SMS funnels”
Pros
White Label version worked well since my clients can log in directly through my website to send out review invites. It supports both email and SMS funnels and it also gives me the option to route negative responses to a contact form instead of letting them go straight to the public review channel.
Cons
At this point, I honestly haven't run into any downsides. The SaaS has been running smoothly for us over the past year.

“Clear layout and good service”
Pros
The layout is fantastic for going through reviews and it's especially valuable for any business that depends on online word-of-mouth. Customer support has also been good whenever needed.
Cons
Reporting could use more customization but aside from that, there really aren't any major downsides.
