Creating and setting it up was very easy for me. Customer service is wonderful. Reviews can be scheduled and sent automatically which I found to be great. With the features this tool offers, it takes my business to a whole new level, pushes me and my staff to work hard and helps us maintain that level of performance.

Honestly, I haven't had any problems with this software. It has been phenomenal for us.

There aren't many places where people can leave reviews for recruiters and I love that people now have the ability to leave reviews that help with the legitimacy of a company and its recruiters. In this day and age, there are so many scammers and it has been a great resource for me to show my clinicians that I'm real. David is also always just one email away. I love having a customer service representative who is available and communicative.

When I open the action items, select one and then click the back arrow, it takes me back to the main reviews tab instead of returning me to the action items.

Integration was convenient for us. I appreciated the time the IT team took to onboard our team. The software is user friendly but that personal touch gave me a great confidence boost.

It does not integrate with our ATS but the ease of use makes up for that for me.

This is the easiest software integration I've ever been a part of. The customer service is top-notch and I don't have to put in a "ticket" because I can just send an email and usually get a response within 30 minutes. We started off a little slow but very quickly racked up over 60 reviews in about a week. This software helps us focus on areas of improvement and celebrate areas of excellence. I love that we can gain insight into our candidates' journeys with us.

Cons

I wish it automatically posted reviews to Google although I understand why it doesn't work that way. Out of about 60 reviews, four have also been posted to Google which is still a great number for our small business but I always want more.

From implementation and navigation to the dashboards, the product is very easy for me to use. They give us the right amount of framework and personalization throughout the process. You are not starting from scratch and putting in hours of work just to go live. I loved that we could show our company feel from day one on the platform. The response time and insight from the support team are top-notch. The reviews have been stellar like we hoped but seeing them in writing takes our confidence to another level. The celebrations when certifications happen are fun for us.

Nothing stands out as a major issue although I would like the option to add notes to action item feedback so that I can keep them stored within GR.

We haven't experienced any major negative points or struggles with the software. It is ready to use right away which works well for us.

This is truly a "plug and play" application for us. We got it up and running easily and the team is very personable and helpful, doing 99% of the work for you. Now every candidate and client we interact with can rate my recruiters and me. It is a two-fold win because I get to see that my recruiters are going above and beyond and providing great service, while it also lets our candidates rate and review us which is very helpful for our social media, website and Google reviews. So, it is easy to use, adds value all around, has great support and is economical. RESULTS, After about 2 months of using it, we went from 2 Google reviews and a 3.2 star rating to 10 Google reviews and 5 stars. We have gotten 2 referrals we otherwise would not have received and overall we have received 32 reviews with a 4.83 rating out of 5. Twice a week, our reviews are shared to our social media accounts which is automated and certainly gets us noticed.

Nothing so far. It is very user-friendly and candidates and clients literally only need a minute to leave a review.

I love that my current, future and/or past candidates can provide me with feedback about their experience with me. The platform is very easy to use and the functionality is great. Customer service is phenomenal. I provided feedback directly to the company about an issue I was having and they were able to resolve it within a few hours.

Cons

The main thing I don't like about the platform is that I can't remove reviews that were not actually meant for me. Other than that, the site is fantastic and I liked it enough to come leave a review.
