“Helpful support team”
Pros
Getting started with the software was pretty simple and learning how to use it didn't take long. Like any new system, there's a bit of an adjustment period but the support team and Knowledge Base are both very helpful and answer most questions that come up.
Cons
The toughest part with HQ was simply adapting to a new system after being used to a different one. One thing I'd really like to see improved is having the system keep information already entered when moving between tabs while finishing a reservation or rental.

Working with it has been a really positive experience. We still use it today and while the software itself is excellent, the staff has been even more impressive.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. Everyone I dealt with was amazing and their patience really stood out. They give you the time you need to make a decision without any pressure.

Right from the start it felt user-friendly to use without sacrificing the depth we needed. It gives us full visibility and control over our business operations which has made day-to-day work much more organized and efficient. The platform also feels very secure which really matters when handling company data and considering how many features are included, it delivers excellent value for the cost.
Cons
Honestly there hasn't been anything significant to complain about. A few minor issues came up early on but their customer support team handled them quickly and did a really good job helping us move past them.
