“steep learning curve”

After years of working in Salesforce, switching to this was a major adjustment but for an insurance company of any size, it offers far more functionality.
Cons
There's definitely a steep learning curve, with a lot to understand and plenty of options to sort through so it's something you have to learn gradually, one step at a time.

Pros
There's a lot to appreciate about this software and the range of tools it includes but the standout for me has been the customer support. I especially want to mention their team because my best experiences with the company have come directly through them. Their team has consistently gone above and beyond to help me understand the system better and learn how to use its features effectively. That kind of support gives me confidence that I'm getting the most out of the platform which really helps our agency meet its needs.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any major complaints. In the beginning, the software felt very overwhelming and our first trainer didn't do much to help me understand the site. There were also some scheduling mix-ups and it honestly felt like there wasn't much concern about whether we were actually learning how to use the platform. That completely changed once support team began working with our agency. I always feel comfortable reaching out when I need help understanding something or when I want to start using a feature but don't know where to begin. Their team has a positive attitude that makes it easy to ask questions and you can genuinely tell they are happy to help. That kind of support is rare in this industry.
