Honestly it has been an excellent system for us. It brings our CRM, workflows, insights and resource management together in one place which has made it a core part of our day-to-day operations. We use it every single day and it genuinely feels like it gives us an edge over our competitors.

Pros

There was nothing positive about this product. It was absolutely terrible and the customer service was somehow even worse. Customer service and technical support seemed to know very little about the product they were selling.

Cons

Customer service, technical support and customer relations were all disappointing. Their teams do not seem to communicate or work together and none of them appeared to really understand what they were talking about. They also claim the service works with any device and that is simply not true.
