Right away the website UI feels clean and pleasant to use. The backend is easy to navigate and work in which makes day-to-day tasks much more convenient. Customer service has also been very good whenever needed.

The only downside is that the pricing could be a bit more competitive especially for smaller businesses with lower volume.

Setting it up was easy and it works really well with Shopify right out of the box. The support team has also been excellent and I'd definitely recommend it to any business that wants to get ratings and reviews up and running fast.

Feature I wish it offered is direct review syndication with other retailers although I know that part of the market is controlled by Bazaarvoice. Hopefully that becomes possible down the line since it's not really an issue caused by this platform.
