Pros

Running this across 12 Shopify stores, we've gotten a lot of value from the platform especially for loyalty/rewards and referral programs. The flexibility has been strong and the support from the team has made a real difference. It gives us a great base for managing customer loyalty and referrals and the team has done a very good job of understanding what we need and recommending ways to boost participation and grow revenue from the programs. Our account manager has been especially responsive and helpful. We stay in regular contact with them and they consistently bring proactive ideas for promoting the loyalty program, increasing engagement and getting more revenue out of it. Another thing we've appreciated is how willing they are to help when the platform has limitations. A few times the exact feature we wanted wasn't available natively but the team still worked closely with us to find practical workarounds and gave us extra support so we could still reach the outcome we were aiming for.

There have been a few situations where the platform felt limited in terms of features or flexibility for our specific business needs. That said, in most of those cases the team has been willing to step in and offer a workaround or an alternative solution which has helped us keep things progressing.

Switching to it was definitely the right move for us. The go-live process was feasible and since then our teams have had no trouble moderating reviews and featuring them in marketing materials. We've also been really pleased with the support from the entire it team.

Gorgias integration could use a few more features to better route certain types of reviews though we've created internal workarounds that handle it for now.

Getting started with the learning curve has been both helpful and genuinely enjoyable. The lessons are engaging and the content is excellent throughout which made the whole experience really pleasant.

The overall platform fits really well into our tech stack and connecting it with Shopify plus external review partners for retailers, like Bazaarvoice, has been very aligned. The technology stays current and the platform keeps evolving in a way that feels top notch. That has been genuinely helpful for building more trust in our brand and products.

At this point, I really have not run into any downsides. We are happy with what we have and what we paid for. The only thing I would hope to see later on is additional integrations in the future with bigger providers like Skio and others.

Managing the product on the backend is quick and easy. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and it really feels built with real users in mind.

There's not much to complain about right now but if I had to point out one thing, it would be the missing search feature for jumping to settings or menu items in the dashboard.

On top of the product itself the team has been very receptive to our customization requests and worked closely with us to shape the experience around our brand and our users' needs.

I would have liked more built-in customization options for alignment and spacing, along with button placement and other small UI details, right out of the box.

The interface looks polished the support team is responsive and the functionality covers what I need. I also really appreciate how fully customizable it is to match our brand aesthetic.

Cons

Only downside is that review groups don't sync automatically so I still have to reach out to support whenever I need that pushed through.
