“Powerful automation”

Coming from older title software the difference was honestly impressive when we started using this at my new firm. It has so many features that the platform can handle work that used to take several people to manage manually at my previous office especially when title work is ordered through its marketplace. The integrations with title companies, shipping providers and other services also save a huge amount of time since there's no need to keep jumping between different websites and separate logins.

Cons

Getting all of the automated features configured exactly the way you want can be the hardest part. That said, once everything is set up properly the auto-generated settings and documents end up saving a ton of time.

Pros

Everything can be customized really well to fit our company's specific needs which has been a big advantage. On top of that, customer support is easy to reach and consistently quick to respond whenever help is needed.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see improved is document markup inside the viewer. It would be much better to add notes directly onto the documents themselves instead of relying on a text box that only appears when you hover over it.

Using it has been a really positive experience. Everything I need is right there, simple to access and quick to learn. It's very user-friendly and honestly makes getting work done feel fun.

Cons

The only thing I'd change is the tab limit, I'd prefer if all tabs could stay open instead of dropping off after ten.

It's truly an all-in-one package that helps us stay on top of everything happening across multiple files and it gives our management team clear visibility into who is working on what.

Unfortunately, this software doesn't even handle the most basic entries properly and nearly every service comes with its own separate charge. On top of that the fees are extremely high and I honestly regret purchasing it. I requested a full or partial refund along with cancellation but just like everything else with this company, I still can't get a direct answer. Fair warning, sign up only if you're okay with sitting through endless videos, dealing with different representatives for every tab, service or folder and getting responses from salespeople who either avoid answering the question or genuinely don't seem to know. Sign up only if you're fine being sent to the Help tab for every little issue or getting trapped in long email chains that go nowhere until, after all the back and forth they finally send you their schedule so you can keep clicking around for yet another round of delays. This software could be much better if they actually offered proper consulting with real users in mind but at this point it feels like they would probably charge extra even for basic common-sense features. I'm sorry to leave such a harsh review but that is honestly how I feel about this software.

There was a bit of an adjustment at first after spending so long on different title software so it took some time to get familiar with the features. Even so, it still feels fairly simple to work with.

Right from the start this software has been simple to use and very simple. It works quickly, keeps things easy and after using it for quite a while, I honestly can't imagine switching to anything else. The support team has also been excellent, quick to respond and very accurate with their help.

Cons

Every once in a while it logs me out unexpectedly but the good part is that no data gets lost when it happens. Aside from that rare issue, I really only have positive things to say about this software.

Pros

Having everything in one place has been a huge upgrade. I used to bounce between different programs for different tasks but now I can handle the entire process from start to finish with this software. It lets me organize and store documents, collect e-signatures, process payments and connect them to bank accounts order the vendors I need and communicate with clients in a safe and secure way, plus a lot more.

Cons

It does so much that I still feel like I haven't learned enough yet to take full advantage of all the tools available.

It really feels like the APPLE of closing software, very simple to work with and consistently reliable.

Cons

There are times when the software won't let me manually add certain items to the CD so my CDs can end up looking a little different from the lender's. That said, everything still balances in the end.

Using this software feels very simple and it does a really good job of keeping everyone involved in the home buying and selling process connected.

Cons

Price is definitely on the higher side but once you consider everything it can do, it feels well worth the cost.

“Powerful tracking and reporting”

There's definitely a learning curve at first but once you get beyond that the speed, reporting tools and tracking features make this an essential part of our practice. Being able to have multiple users working in the same file at once is a huge advantage and the option to open two instances of that same file helps move work along even faster. The customizable tracking feature is especially useful for assigning tasks and figuring out what needs to be prioritized. On top of that, whenever I've called customer service, I haven't run into any delays and they've always been helpful.

Cons

The price is on the higher end for this kind of software although we don't regret the investment. My biggest complaint is the lack of written support materials. I'm a bit old school and prefer being able to read instructions on how to do something rather than having to rely on a video that may or may not cover what I actually need.

This platform has been very user-friendly and interactive for our clients. The features are easy, simple to understand and easy to navigate. It also makes communication with clients much more convenient.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is that when I'm in the middle of writing an email, I can't switch over to do something else without losing the draft I was working on.

Right from the start this has felt like the best option out there. It's incredibly simple and user-friendly and the customer support team is fantastic. It has made my work processing and closing files so much easier and I also appreciate that there are always updates being made to keep improving it.

I have no complaints at all. I absolutely love this software. It's the best title software I've ever used and I've been recommending it to everyone.

Getting started with this product was very easy. The tutorials are excellent and they make the entire process feel much more aligned from start to finish.

Cons

One issue we run into is with the marketplace, where the interface occasionally stops cooperating and asks for credentials. Since we rely on templates, it becomes pretty frustrating when that happens.

Working in real estate as an end user, I used this software during a recent closing and it did a really good job of keeping everything in one place while helping all parties stay coordinated throughout the process.

Cons

Since I've only used it once I really don't have much to complain about. The only thing that stood out was the messaging feature there was a message the processor sent me that wasn't necessarily something I wanted the seller to see. A bit more privacy around document access and message sharing would make it better.

Pros

From the title side, all dates and documents stay updated so you always know where the file stands as it moves along. The portal is simple to navigate and keeps everyone involved on the same page throughout the transaction.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about it. Being able to log into one portal and access everything needed for the transaction is incredibly convenient.
