Feature I really appreciate is how the property address fills in automatically even pulling in the county. It's such a simple touch but it makes the whole process much more efficient and effective.

There are times when it slows down a bit after I make changes to a document in Word.

Pros

I've really enjoyed the IT Connect feature of this tool. Being able to download everything and upload it without much hassle is a big plus. The Connect features are especially useful and once you get familiar with how the software works, it's fairly simple to navigate.

Cons

As new features keep getting added there have been a few glitches along the way and we've also had some customer complaints related to emails.

“thoughtful onboarding”

Pros

Right from the start, this software felt one step ahead of me and seemed to know what I needed before I even realized it myself. The onboarding experience really set me up well and the customer service has been absolutely outstanding. They're happy to help even when the issue isn't actually with the software and they've also helped me fix mistakes I made on my side. Every interaction has been friendly, patient and incredibly helpful.

Cons

If anything is missing feature-wise, I honestly don't use the software in a way that makes those gaps noticeable enough for me to even remember what they are.

“Fantastic fit for small offices”

Pros

After leaving my previous role at a larger title company two years ago, this was the platform we chose to move ahead with and it has turned out to be a fantastic decision. The system is incredibly user-friendly and works especially well as a starting point for offices that want to operate on a smaller scale.

Cons

It doesn't cover every possible situation that can come up in a real estate transaction but the development team is very responsive when questions or issues are raised. Once something is brought to their attention they not only fix it but often address the root cause as well so it doesn't keep happening.

One feature that really helped was Connect especially as a marketing source for my agents. It added real value and was genuinely useful in day-to-day use.

Cons

There are still a few things I'd like to see added, like an option to calculate Deed Stamps on a refinance and the ability to include an owner's policy on a refinance transaction.

“Excellent closing communication”

Pros

Keeping everyone updated during a real estate transaction is where this software really shines especially for title companies. The platform is easy to use and being able to communicate directly with the other parties without leaving the system is something I really appreciate.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind as a downside right now. That said there's always some room for improvement and a software engineer would probably be better equipped to point out any technical limitations.

“One-stop title tracking”

Pros

Right from the demo, this felt like exactly what we had been looking for. The features are easy to follow and simple to work with even though we still have not been using the software for very long. It has helped us fix our title insurance split process and having a client portal where customers can log in and check the title tracker is a big plus. Moving between sections is very convenient and the integration with our underwriters has been fantastic. It really works as a one-stop shop since we do not have to leave the platform and jump to another website just to pull information and enter it manually. The support response and training have also been excellent and extremely helpful.

Cons

The only downside is that getting our specific documents uploaded and smart tagged takes quite a bit of time.

“Fantastic team workflow”

Pros

Working with files as a team is so much better with this software because everyone can clearly see which tasks are assigned to whom. The workflow is excellent especially for anyone moving toward a paperless setup or already fully paperless and the overall efficiency of the software really helps everything run better.

Cons

Overall, it's user-friendly. The only thing I'd really want is more documents and phrases available for the CA files.

“Digital closing automation that works”

The Connect features give our organization the automation and digital closing experience that today's buyers, sellers, agents and lenders expect.

Cons

Commitments, CDs, settlement statements, CPLs and similar documents are automatically shared with the right parties which is helpful. I'd love to see the platform expand that capability to include automatic sharing for additional documents as well. We recently rolled out RON through a third-party vendor while waiting for it to become available through the platform in Oklahoma and we're looking forward to that launch there.

“Great navigation”

Pros

Getting around the platform feels very simple and the task lists along with the connect feature have been really useful. Communicating with clients is much more convenient because of it. On top of that the customer service has been outstanding. I honestly have nothing but positive things to say about this software. Keep up the amazing work!

At this point, I honestly do not have any cons to mention.

“Easy to use with lots of functionality”

Pros

Software felt very user friendly and packed with plenty of built-in functionality. As someone still fairly new to it, I didn't find the learning curve difficult at all. The graphical interface is also visually pleasant which makes working in it every day a nice experience.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is more options for generating different kinds of reports, along with better integration with GSuite.

“Versatile secure cloud”

Pros

Right from the start, this software has been incredibly simple to use. It's flexible and some areas can be customized to fit our needs. We especially love the workflows the internal and external messaging tools the document storage and the fact that it's securely cloud-based.

Cons

Rate calculator could use some work because it doesn't cover every rate type and scenario. It would also be helpful to have the option to turn off "connect" requests for specific customers.

“Menu-based workflow”

Pros

The menu-driven setup makes the software pretty self-explanatory so it's easy to learn your way around and figure out how to use it on your own.

Cons

only thing I'd really want added is the ability to click and drag an item directly from the software into an email.

Handling certain tasks in the system is really fast and the templates are easily my favorite feature.

There are a few small things on the processing side that I'm not a fan of. Some documents don't pull in all the information and when I enter a client's name and later find out they're in a trust, I have to re-enter all of their details from scratch.

“Web-based and easy to use”

Pros

Having it web-based has been a huge plus since I can get to it from anywhere. The system is very user friendly and the documents can be customized to fit our company's specific needs. Since we operate out of two offices the instant messaging between users has also been really helpful. On top of that, customer service has been friendly and quick to help whenever needed.

Cons

One thing I'd like to see is the option to assign jobs by office instead of only by company. It would also be helpful to drag attachments directly from Gmail rather than downloading them first. Aside from those small issues there really isn't much I would want changed.

“all-in-one title workflow hub”

Pros

To get everything in one place makes a big difference. I use it every day to open files order title, record documents, handle post-closing tasks and plenty more. It really covers everything I need in a single hub.

Cons

Like most modern systems, it has a few occasional issues. The main one that comes to mind is the lag when refreshing policy rates or documents and when issuing final title policies. At times it takes longer than expected or does not work at all which means I have to refresh the browser page or even restart my computer.

“Easy to use from day one”

Right from the first time using it the software felt very user friendly. I haven't run into any major problems figuring out how to get around and learning the navigation has been pretty easy.

Cons

At this point, I really don't have any complaints. I'm still getting familiar with everything and learning my way around the system but so far I haven't noticed any downsides.
