“Stay away from this”
Pros
The free trial is a feature I like but their software will never remove information from your social media profiles even if you disconnect it through their platform.
Cons
I had a really frustrating experience with this software. After signing up for the free trial and linking my social media accounts, I quickly realized it was not the right fit for me and canceled. But even after canceling, their bot kept sending annoying notifications and interacting with my social media. I contacted support several times asking them to disconnect everything but the issue never got fixed. Even a month after the trial ended I am still getting messages like Offline message from XX. Based on all this I cannot recommend this company at all and strongly suggest others steer clear.

Pros
REVE Chat user interface is pretty simple. Also setting up the software is easy and encouraging. However my favorite feature is the Facebook messaging integration. As you can manage all your messages from a single interface.
Cons
Some features have not been updated in a while and I think this may require some improvement.
